Full Stack Engineer (Python + React)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship production‑grade applications for our client. You will own features end‑to‑end, from FastAPI services to React/TypeScript interfaces, and integrate them with LLM‑driven workflows on Databricks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver full‑stack features using Python/FastAPI backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
• Integrate applications with LLM‑driven agentic workflows, including prompt design, tool schemas and tool‑calling pipelines.
• Implement production safeguards for model output such as retry, salvage, validation and guardrails.
• Define clean API contracts between UI, backend services and the AI layer with robust error handling and observability.
• Work with Databricks components (Unity Catalog, SQL Warehouses, Lakehouse Federation, Genie Conversational API) to create conversational analytics experiences.
• Diagnose platform‑level failure modes (permissions, compute, network limits, federated‑query governance) and develop durable fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, release planning and collaborate with onsite teams and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade full‑stack applications with Python/FastAPI and React/TypeScript.
• Experience integrating applications with LLM‑driven agentic workflows and building safeguards for model output.
• Strong grounding in API design, testing, version control and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
