Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript, AI‑Native)

About the role

We are looking for full‑stack engineers who have integrated AI coding agents into their daily workflow. You will plan, write, test, refactor and debug using Claude Code and Codex, delivering features in days that previously took weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Ship end‑to‑end TypeScript features, from UI to API to database.
• Use Claude Code and Codex as primary development tools for building, refactoring, testing and debugging.
• Break large tasks into scoped AI‑agent work, review, correct and merge the output.
• Integrate third‑party services such as payments, authentication, CRMs and webhooks.
• Maintain clean, tested, and maintainable code while moving quickly.
• Collaborate directly with client teams, own outcomes and communicate clearly in English.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional full‑stack experience in TypeScript.
• Strong fundamentals in React/Next.js and Node.js.
• Daily hands‑on workflow with Claude Code and/or Codex.
• Proven ability to ship fast using AI‑generated code.
• Sharp judgment reviewing AI output, catching bugs and security issues.
• Solid SQL and data‑modeling skills.
• Clear written and spoken English.
