Fullstack Engineer – Integrations & Technical Support

About the role

As Yango Group expands its merchant base in Pakistan, we need a Fullstack Engineer who bridges our engineering platform with real‑world merchant experiences. You will ensure every Shopify integration works flawlessly, payment flows convert, and technical blockers are removed before they impact revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve Shopify app integrations, focusing on payment flows.
• Collaborate with the development team to keep integrations stable as the platform scales.
• Detect breaking changes early, contribute fixes and enhancements.
• Investigate complex issues across browsers, APIs, networks and third‑party systems using Chrome DevTools, logs and stack traces.
• Act as the technical point of contact between the platform and key merchants, resolving integration blockers and identifying UX friction.
• Share merchant feedback and technical insights with product and engineering teams.
• Occasionally visit merchants on‑site when in‑person support is required.

Required profile

• Strong debugging skills and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to engineers and merchants.
• Conversational English for daily communication with the development team.

Required skills

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML, CSS, DOM manipulation
• Chrome DevTools (console, network panel, source maps)
• HTTP, REST APIs, CORS, CSP, cookies, sessions, DNS
• Cross‑browser behavior (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, mobile browsers)
• Basic command‑line usage
• Shopify app integration, especially payment integrations
• Familiarity with GraphQL or Python (optional)
