Fullstack Engineer (MERN) – React & Node.js

About the role

Confiz is looking for a Fullstack Engineer specialized in the MERN stack to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate designs into high‑quality, performant code while integrating front‑end features with backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Integrate front‑end components with GraphQL APIs via Apollo Server and Apollo Client.
• Collaborate with engineers across the stack to ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Translate wireframes and mockups into composable, efficient code.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and optimise application efficiency.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional experience with ReactJs and NodeJs.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including DOM manipulation.
• Hands‑on experience with Next.js and micro‑services architecture.
• Proven ability to work with GraphQL APIs using Apollo Server/Client.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools such as JIRA.
