About the role
Point Group is seeking a Functional Support Specialist to act as the bridge between business users and technical teams. You will ensure smooth operation of enterprise platforms such as ERP and CRM, handling user inquiries, training, and workflow optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide frontline functional support for ERP and CRM systems, resolving user issues promptly.
- Manage service requests, escalations and incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk).
- Conduct user training sessions to improve system adoption.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and optimise workflows.
- Analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Document queries, troubleshooting steps and build a knowledge base.
- Assist in testing application updates and support new functionality roll‑outs.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to proactively address issues.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in functional support for enterprise applications.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently without managing a team.
