Fund Raising Agent

About the role

Azam Welfare Foundation, a Lahore‑based nonprofit, is looking for enthusiastic Fund Raising Agents to expand donor support for its welfare programmes. You will act as the face of the foundation, building trust with individuals, businesses and community groups while promoting our mission.

Key responsibilities

• Approach prospective donors in assigned areas and clearly explain the foundation’s impact.
• Maintain regular engagement with existing supporters, recording pledges, collections and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support fundraising campaigns, events and outreach activities.
• Provide timely activity updates and feedback on donor responses and community needs.
• Adhere to ethical fundraising standards and organizational communication guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and building long‑term relationships.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and reliable when working independently.
• Professional demeanor when representing the foundation in the community.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with mobile applications and spreadsheet tools for reporting.
