General Dentist – Clinical Training & Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our Business Operations team as a Clinical Training & Support Executive. In this full‑time position you will act as the bridge between our clinical teams, doctors, and support staff, ensuring smooth case handling and continuous improvement of our orthodontic services.

Key responsibilities

• Address and resolve modification queries promptly, collaborating with sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Independently assess daily case evaluations, ensuring accurate clinical reviews and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Participate in at least two quality review meetings per month with the Quality and Setup teams.
• Communicate feedback from treating doctors and highlight operational issues for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with client doctors to maintain trust and confidence.
• Conduct 2‑3 training sessions each month for Support and CSR teams on clinical protocols, aligner usage, and common case resolutions.
• Stay updated on advancements in orthodontics and aligner technology and share knowledge internally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS).
