About the role
ITCiti Housing Private Limited is looking for an experienced, results-oriented General Manager to lead its IT function. The role covers IT operations, infrastructure and technology strategy, and is based in Lahore with travel to project offices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization's IT operations, infrastructure and technology strategy
- Oversee IT systems, networks, servers, cybersecurity and data protection
- Manage other business software systems
- Ensure system reliability, data security and business continuity
- Lead IT projects, digital transformation initiatives and system improvements
- Manage IT teams, vendors, budgets and technical support services
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant IT experience, including significant experience in a senior management role
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
