General Manager Sales – Faisalabad

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Sales to lead our real‑estate sales operations in Faisalabad. The role involves shaping strategy, driving growth, and managing a high‑performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with corporate objectives, set measurable targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and expand into untapped regions and client segments.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the sales team, delivering training and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and dealer networks; negotiate major deals.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and implement process improvements.
• Forecast sales, manage risks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and other departments to align initiatives.
• Generate new business through networking, lead generation and targeted campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of real‑estate sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in housing and development societies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Faisalabad (company accommodation provided).
