Global Assistant Brand Manager – Glow & Lovely

About the role

Unilever is seeking a Global Assistant Brand Manager for the Glow & Lovely portfolio. You will drive the creation of consumer‑centric product mixes and communication strategies for the global face moisturisation range, ensuring alignment with local market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage mix creation for the core face moisturisation portfolio across target markets (Indonesia, PTAB).
• Craft consumer‑centric claims, concepts, packaging, and communication plans.
• Design and execute robust testing to identify business unlocks.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) and external agency partners for mix creation and deployment.
• Lead project timelines, ensure timely delivery, and track business metrics such as turnover, gross margin, and market share.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and production houses to translate briefs into effective brand communications.

Required profile

• Strong consumer intimacy – ability to translate consumer insights into impactful claims and communications.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in innovation and communication networks.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external partners.
