Global Contract Life and Wellness Coach – Punjabi Speaking

About the role

Spring Health is seeking Punjabi‑speaking Life and Wellness Coaches to join its nationwide network of 1099 contract providers. Coaches will deliver tele‑coaching sessions that help members set goals, build confidence, and achieve sustainable change across personal, professional, and health‑related challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions via video or phone to clients in the designated region.
• Support adults in goal‑setting, confidence building, and action planning for issues such as stress, relationships, career, health, and personal development.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar of availability and timely session notes.
• Collaborate with Spring Health’s provider support, clinical navigation, and administrative teams as needed.

Required profile

• Active credential from ICF (ACC, PCC, MCC) or NBC‑HWC.
• Minimum 100 hours of post‑training coaching experience.
• Experience with evidence‑based modalities (e.g., NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, somatic coaching, positive psychology, appreciative inquiry).
• Comfortable using technology for tele‑health and able to work independently while engaging with a supportive community.
