Global Roaming Coordinator Executive

About the role

In this role, you will support the coordination of operational execution of roaming rollout plans. You will work closely with global partners and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, testing, and launch of roaming services while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking progress.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners
• Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)
• Coordinate testing and launch activities as per rollout plans
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays in execution
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when required
• Maintain accurate data and status updates in management systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams

Required profile

• Minimum 2-4 years of specific mobile roaming experience working with roaming coordinator tasks
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Required skills

• Familiarity with IREG and TADIG processes (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
• Basic understanding of mobile networks and roaming services
