Go Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Go Software Engineer to join a fast‑growing team building next‑generation dialog agents for education, entertainment and question‑answering applications. The position is fully remote and will work closely with cross‑functional product, research and operations teams to design, implement and validate new backend features.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code and solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and best‑practice guidelines.
• Plan and organise development cycles, set priorities, define project goals and meet deadlines.
• Resolve complex coding challenges in Go during AI validation and system integration.
• Validate the accuracy, efficiency and reliability of AI‑generated code through rigorous testing.
• Analyse code, provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative environment that drives continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Experience working with AI systems and code‑creation technologies, including large‑language‑model training.
• Active contributions to public GitHub repositories, such as feature development or large‑scale refactoring.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Go programming language.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with AI systems and LLM training pipelines.
• Familiarity with collaborative development on GitHub.
