GoHighLevel Dashboard & Automation Developer

About the role

InsideOut Hiring, a fully remote recruitment company, is looking for an experienced GoHighLevel developer to create a custom, two‑way synced internal dashboard. The dashboard will become the single workspace for the global recruiting team, enabling them to perform all daily tasks without logging directly into GoHighLevel.

Key responsibilities

• Map recruitment workflows and build role‑based views for recruiters, sourcers and management, including custom screens for candidates, job orders, pipelines, tasks, calendars and messaging.
• Integrate the dashboard with GoHighLevel API v2, OAuth and webhooks, handling data architecture, rate limits and error logging.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Make, n8n or Zapier for candidate intake, CV parsing, interview scheduling, reminders and status updates.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, train internal users and continuously optimise performance based on feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, custom fields/objects, snapshots).
• Proven ability to work independently, gather requirements, deliver wireframes and launch functional internal tools.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1 level) for the entire shift.

Required skills

• GoHighLevel API (v2), OAuth, webhooks.
• Dashboard development using React, Next.js, Node.js, Python or low‑code platforms such as Retool, Softr or Bubble.
• Automation platforms: Make, n8n, Zapier.
• Data structuring, API integration and error handling.
