Go‑To‑Market Engineer

About the role

Beam is looking for a Go‑To‑Market Engineer to help scale its AI‑native operating layer. This early‑career position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will build and own automation workflows that directly impact the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain workflows in HubSpot and other GTM tools.
• Support inbound lead routing, enrichment, and automation processes.
• Manage outbound tooling and infrastructure using platforms such as Clay, Smartlead, and HeyReach.
• Improve CRM organization, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them with AI tools and no‑code platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to increase execution efficiency.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and proactively enhance systems.
• Document processes and create scalable internal systems.
• Test and experiment with new tools, workflows, and automation ideas.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in operations, growth, sales ops, GTM, or a related technical/analytical role.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn quickly.
• Enjoys solving problems independently and improving processes.
