Graduate Programme 2027 – AI Software Engineer, Product Designer or Technical Project Associate

About the role

Kodifly is an AI-first spatial intelligence company focused on infrastructure monitoring and management, headquartered in Hong Kong with an expanded presence in Pakistan. Its graduate programme 2027 is a full-time, on-site entry route for fresh graduates joining a working team and taking on live projects for international clients. It offers three tracks: AI Software Engineer, Product Designer and Technical Project Associate.

Key responsibilities

• AI Software Engineer: build backend services, APIs and product features for SpatialSense; build data pipelines for LiDAR point clouds, BIM models, 360° images and video; integrate AI and computer vision models into production systems; write clean, tested code and deploy services on the cloud.
• Product Designer: run user research, create wireframes, user flows and prototypes in Figma, design interfaces using the design system, and work with engineers through agile sprints.
• Technical Project Associate: support projects from initiation to completion, define requirements with clients, track milestones and risks, and prepare technical proposals, test plans and reports.

Required profile

• Final-year students graduating in 2027, or 2026 graduates with less than 1 year of full-time work experience.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, design or a related field.
• Available to work full-time, on-site at the Islamabad office at NSTP, NUST.

Required skills

• Track 1: strong Python, SQL, Git, REST APIs; exposure to ML or computer vision; a GitHub, final-year project or portfolio.
• Track 2: strong Figma skills and a portfolio of university, internship or personal projects.
• Track 3: strong organisation and multitasking, excellent English, familiarity with Gantt charts and Agile/Scrum basics.
