Graduate Trainee Growth and Operations Executive

About the role

Andromeda GFX is looking for an organised, confident and well-spoken graduate trainee to join as a Growth and Operations Executive in Wah Cantt, an office-based role. The programme develops practical skills through real clients, active projects and AI-powered workflows, and is open to fresh graduates. After a two-month paid training period, successful candidates may be offered a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client communication through Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, email and the company website
• Understand client requirements and communicate feedback, revisions and deadlines clearly to the team
• Assign tasks, track progress and help ensure projects are delivered on time
• Review orders and deliverables for accuracy and completeness
• Keep project and order trackers updated and report delays or concerns early
• Coordinate with the CEO, Design Head, designers and other team members on priorities and timelines
• Share progress updates and weekly business-development reports
• Generate leads and prepare proposals, Fiverr custom offers and responses to inquiries
• Follow up with prospects and previous clients, and use AI tools for proposals, research, communication and process improvement
• Support administrative work, SOPs, checklists, templates and project records

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confidence in client communication and follow-ups
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work full-time from the office and commute reliably to New City, Wah Cantt
• Commitment to build a career in business development and operations
• Experience managing Fiverr or Upwork agency accounts, handling clients or generating leads is an advantage

What we offer

• Two months of paid, office-based training at PKR 50,000 per month
• Full-time position after successful training, with a salary of PKR 60,000-80,000 per month
• Selection process: application and CV, profile screening, aptitude and written assessment, final interview, training, performance evaluation and employment decision
