Graphic Designer (AI-Assisted Creative)

About the role

A creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer is sought for a full-time, on-site position in Johar Town, Lahore. The role suits someone who can think beyond standard templates and turn business objectives into distinctive, high-quality creative work, combining design fundamentals with conceptual thinking and a modern AI-assisted creative workflow. The designer works closely with marketing and creative teams across brand, digital, social, advertising and other initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Turn business objectives, marketing goals and creative briefs into original visual concepts, developing ideas and visual directions rather than just executing predefined designs.
• Create designs for web, social media, paid advertising, presentations, campaigns and other digital formats, including static and motion content.
• Develop campaign concepts, creative themes, moodboards, visual systems and design directions.
• Use AI-powered tools for ideation, image generation, prototyping and production, refining AI-generated assets to fit the brand.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across channels and apply principles of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, collaborate with teams, manage multiple projects and stay current with design trends and AI tools.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, brand design or a similar creative role.
• A strong portfolio showing creative thinking, concept development, typography, layout, branding and digital design.
• Ability to generate original concepts, balance experimentation with business objectives, and use AI as a creative accelerator while keeping human-led art direction.
• Strong attention to detail, collaboration, quick iteration and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative and design tools.
• Understanding of visual design principles, typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and branding.
