Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing

About the role

Flatgigs is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer for its marketing team in Karachi. You will create engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, paid advertising, websites and marketing communications, working closely with the Marketing, Growth and Content teams to turn campaign ideas into high-quality visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, digital campaigns, paid ads, websites and email marketing
• Design assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Ads
• Develop banners, promotional materials, campaign creatives, infographics, presentations and marketing collateral
• Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and turn them into compelling visuals
• Maintain consistent brand identity, typography and design standards across channels
• Create multiple variations for A/B testing and performance marketing
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers, resize creatives for different platforms, and stay up to date with design and advertising trends
• Manage several design requests on time, take feedback well and keep design files and templates organised

Required profile

• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in digital marketing, creative or advertising agencies
• Strong portfolio showing digital marketing and social media design work
• Experience designing creatives for paid social and digital advertising campaigns
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Preferred: agency experience, performance marketing knowledge, short-form video, motion graphics or reels, and AI design tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Canva is a plus
• Layout, typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn creative requirements
