Graphic Designer (Mid-Senior)

About the role

Kinetic Kube is hiring a creative, technically strong Graphic Designer in Lahore for a full-time, on-site position. The designer takes a brief from initial concept to finished artwork across branding, digital campaigns, packaging, print and outdoor advertising. The salary is PKR 100,000 to 160,000 per month depending on experience and portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts and campaign visuals for clients across different industries.
• Create social media creatives, digital advertisements and brand communication materials.
• Design packaging artwork, labels, boxes and product mockups.
• Design billboards, outdoor advertising, standees, brochures, catalogues and other print materials.
• Build and apply brand identities, keeping them consistent across formats.
• Prepare final artwork to printer and vendor specifications, including dimensions, dielines, bleed, colour settings and resolution.
• Work with marketing and creative teams, manage revisions and deliver multiple projects on time.
• Maintain organised, editable source files and complete project handovers.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio.
• Previous advertising, creative or digital agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in packaging, print and large-format design, including artwork ready for production.
• Ability to understand a brief, explain design decisions and work independently.
• Attention to detail, ownership of deadlines and confidence working across multiple brands.

Required skills

• Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; working proficiency in InDesign for layouts and print.
• Typography, font selection, composition, colour and image editing.
• AI experience is a plus; experience with tools such as Higgsfield, HeyGen or Adobe Firefly is welcome.
• Basic motion design is an advantage.
