Graphic Designer (Onsite, Lahore)

About the role

An onsite Graphic Designer position in Lahore, paid in PKR, is looking for a creative professional who can turn ideas into polished digital and print visuals. The role covers everything from branding and marketing collateral to website design, working Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs for digital and print materials, including logos, brochures, business cards, social media graphics and websites.
• Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity so it stays consistent across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and product teams to understand project needs and deliver suitable design solutions.
• Develop and present creative concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and design best practices.
• Organize and maintain the design asset library so files stay accessible, up to date and well organized.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain design concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative design solutions.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Sketch.
• Web design and development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Motion graphics and animation principles.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Basecamp.
