Growth & Institutional Partnerships Associate

About the role

SkillWright is building ZainBhai, an AI-powered career coach and navigator, using a B2B2C model with universities and institutions to give students and communities personalized career support. The Growth & Institutional Partnerships Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Karachi, with some work from home, responsible for taking partnerships from the first conversation through launch and ongoing success. The role designs and executes go-to-market strategies, including market positioning, launch plans and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate target segments and build and manage strategic partnerships
• Drive business development to expand SkillWright's presence and revenue
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem partners such as training providers, employers and community organizations
• Coordinate with product, marketing and operations teams to align on commercial goals
• Set performance metrics, track pipeline and conversion across channels, and iterate GTM and partnership strategies based on data and customer feedback

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in go-to-market strategy, product or service positioning and launch planning for early-stage or growth-stage ventures
• Proven business development skills, including lead generation, partnership management, deal structuring and relationship building with external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field; a graduate degree or relevant certifications in growth, sales or product marketing are a plus
• Prior experience in edtech, skills development, workforce development or a related sector is highly beneficial
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Karachi
