About the role
Powerhouse Express seeks a Growth Marketing Executive to blend creativity with measurable business performance across the full growth journey, from content creation to conversion analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth‑focused digital campaigns.
- Support Meta Ads and Google Ads initiatives.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Coordinate campaign content and social media efforts.
- Monitor acquisition and conversion performance.
- Analyze results and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, e‑commerce, creative teams and external partners.
- Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, performance marketing, consumer brands, digital agencies or growth‑focused businesses.
- Understanding of metrics such as Leads, CPL, CAC, Conversion, ROAS and Revenue.
