Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute TERABIT IT’s complete marketing strategy, positioning the company as a trusted global technology partner. The role focuses on building a B2B technology brand, generating qualified leads and continuously improving business growth through creative and analytical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, build a strong global brand identity and position the company as a premium software and AI development partner.
• Generate qualified inbound leads, improve lead quality, and optimise the customer acquisition journey across international markets.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, manage budgets and conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives and messaging.
• Improve website conversion rates, build and optimise landing pages, enhance user journeys and increase discovery‑call bookings.
• Create and publish monthly content such as case studies, blogs, technical insights and AI articles, coordinating with designers for visual assets.
• Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter), YouTube and other relevant B2B platforms.
• Build email nurturing sequences, execute newsletter campaigns, improve proposal follow‑up workflows and manage CRM pipelines from inquiry to sign‑off.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build B2B technology brands and generate qualified leads.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking to optimise marketing funnels.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with leadership, design and development teams.
