Growth Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

Chainfore is launching a consumer app and needs a data‑driven marketer who owns the numbers behind installs, activations, and paying users. You will lead paid acquisition and optimise the entire user‑journey funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Plan, execute, and iterate install and subscription campaigns end‑to‑end, including creative briefs, targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Manage and defend core metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback period, and blended acquisition cost on a weekly basis.
• Build and optimise the funnel from install to activation to first payment.
• Run app‑store optimisation (ASO) and continuously improve store listings, screenshots, and copy.
• Set up, monitor, and interpret attribution and analytics data.
• Test relentlessly, quickly discarding under‑performing tactics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience running paid acquisition for a mobile app or consumer product.
• Proven track record with concrete numbers (spend managed, CAC achieved, scale reached).
• Fluency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and mobile attribution tools.
• Strong focus on unit economics rather than vanity metrics.
• Creative instinct for briefing high‑performing ads.
