Growth Specialist

About the role

Lucidya is looking for a Growth Specialist to build and run the demand‑generation engine that fuels our enterprise pipeline. You will work hands‑on within the Performance Marketing team, leveraging modern tooling and AI to turn paid and outbound channels into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Own demand‑generation targets across paid (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) and outbound channels and continuously optimise to meet lead and pipeline goals.
• Support the Senior B2B Media Manager in launching, monitoring and testing paid media campaigns, including audience segmentation, budget allocation and creative testing.
• Design and execute outbound programs via email and LinkedIn, using enrichment, buyer signals and AI‑driven personalization.
• Maintain target audiences and contact lists with enrichment and intent data.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations in HubSpot (workflows, lead routing, list hygiene, deliverability).
• Collaborate with content and web teams to improve landing pages, conversion paths and run A/B tests.
• Track funnel performance (CPL, CPA, MQL/SQL conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
• Deploy AI tools to scale content, personalise at volume and automate repetitive tasks while ensuring privacy and anti‑spam compliance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, demand generation, growth or revenue operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of running paid media campaigns and outbound outreach programs.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and iterate quickly.
