Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to deliver memorable stays for guests at our short‑term rental properties. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding guests from booking through check‑out while ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest support throughout the entire guest lifecycle.
• Respond quickly to guest inquiries, requests, and any issues that arise.
• Identify and resolve problems proactively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance staff, and external vendors to prepare properties.
• Manage reservation updates, booking changes, and cancellations.
• Share property details and local recommendations with guests as needed.
• Uphold service quality standards and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong empathy.
• Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Ability to make independent, sound decisions.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications and communication tools.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
