Guest Relations Officer (Female)

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer (GRO) plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Hotel One Vogue. Reporting to the General Manager, the GRO welcomes guests, addresses their needs, and ensures service excellence throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Manage VIP arrivals and special guest requests.
• Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain guest feedback records and prepare reports for management.
• Promote positive experiences to encourage repeat visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and complaint‑handling skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hotel management systems.
