Guest Service Officer – Airport Concierge

About the role

Khush Aamdeed is Pakistan’s first premium airport meet‑and‑assist and concierge service. The Guest Service Officer ensures a warm, professional, and seamless experience for all passengers across airport touchpoints, acting as the front‑facing brand representative.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with airport navigation, procedures, and service guidance.
• Provide support during arrivals, departures, lounge access, and transfers.
• Deliver dedicated assistance to VIPs, premium travelers, elderly, and guests requiring special assistance.
• Coordinate priority services, fast‑track handling, and special requests while maintaining guest comfort and privacy.
• Work closely with Arrival, Departure, Lounge, and Airport Operations teams, communicating real‑time updates to shift‑in‑charges.
• Uphold Khush Aamdeed’s brand standards, grooming, and service language.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Report service issues, feedback, or operational gaps to supervisors.
