Guest Services Associate – Short & Long-Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Services Associate to manage guest communications for both short‑term and long‑term rental properties. You will work from our office, handling inquiries, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring a smooth stay experience for international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest messages, emails, and calls.
• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out, and stay‑related queries.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Process booking changes, extensions, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest communications and updates.
• Escalate urgent matters and follow through until resolution.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an office‑based environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Airbnb platform.
• Familiarity with Booking.com platform.
