Gym Membership Manager – Lead Classes & Trainer Team

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Membership Manager to join one of the fastest‑growing fitness franchise networks worldwide. You will coach classes, oversee a team of personal trainers, and ensure every member receives a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to set and review daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Monitor class participants, ensure safe and correct exercise execution, and keep members motivated.
• Demonstrate all exercises during classes, offering modifications as needed.
• Design and maintain class and trainer schedules.
• Train, mentor and manage part‑time personal trainers according to company methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, energetic and fun studio environment.

Required profile

• Energetic, enthusiastic and charismatic with strong verbal communication.
• Ability to overcome objections and foster a thriving membership culture.
• Willingness to grow professionally within the fitness industry.
