About the role
The HCG Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with medical billing and related queries. This role combines customer support expertise with the ability to create and maintain Excel‑based reporting tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound client calls, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Develop and update Excel dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Apply Excel formulas to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the medical billing team to ensure accurate processing and timely resolution of client concerns.
Required profile
- Graduate degree.
- Strong presentation abilities and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in medical billing.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (dashboard creation, formula usage).
