Head Barista – Lead Café Operations

About the role

Zozo Coffee is creating a premium café experience in DHA, Multan and needs a dynamic Head Barista to drive coffee operations, standardise recipes and build a high‑performing barista team from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily barista operations and manage overall café workflow.
• Develop, standardise and continuously improve coffee recipes and the beverage menu.
• Create new drinks, seasonal specials and signature items.
• Ensure consistent coffee quality, taste and presentation across all service points.
• Train, supervise and evaluate barista staff, supporting hiring and team building.
• Manage inventory, coffee beans and equipment usage efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene, SOPs and food‑safety standards.
• Enhance customer experience and service quality.
• Support management in the café’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the café or specialty‑coffee industry.
• Prior experience with recognised brands such as Tim Hortons, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf or similar is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and team‑building abilities.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
