Head of Admin & HR

About the role

Super Crisp is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Admin & HR to lead and oversee the administration and human resources functions of the company in Lahore. The role covers day-to-day administrative operations, implementation of HR policies and creating an efficient, productive and compliant workplace. It calls for strong leadership, strategic planning and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee retention.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training of new employees.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and compliance regulations are implemented and followed.
• Handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts and build a positive work environment.
• Oversee office management, facilities and procurement.
• Implement performance appraisal systems, set KPIs and review employee performance regularly.
• Manage payroll, benefits and compensation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, health and safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR practices and administrative processes.
• Preferred: experience managing HR and administrative functions in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
