About the role
Penna Overseas Corp., a manufacturer of boxing gloves and martial arts equipment, is hiring an HR Manager. The role leads key functions such as recruitment, payroll management, compliance and health and safety initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer payroll and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Oversee health, safety and workplace welfare protocols
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality
- Support department heads on HR planning and drive employee engagement
- Resolve workplace issues professionally and ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations
Required profile
- 2-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business or a related field
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
- Proactive approach to health, safety and employee wellbeing
