Head of Branding and PR

About the role

QSPL, a next‑generation mobile financial services and digital payments platform, is seeking a senior branding and public‑relations leader to shape its brand presence across Pakistan and regional markets. Based in Islamabad, you will safeguard the brand identity while driving high‑impact communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and protect the brand visual identity, voice, positioning, and guidelines across all products and corporate divisions.
• Design and execute comprehensive PR strategies to secure top‑tier media coverage, manage press releases, and coordinate public appearances.
• Lead crisis‑management efforts, establishing notification workflows and rapid‑response plans for negative press.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major media houses, journalists, industry influencers, and key publishers in Pakistan and neighboring markets.
• Collaborate with design, copy, and product teams to translate business objectives into creative brand campaigns.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as brand sentiment, share of voice, media impressions, and campaign ROI, reporting results to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of brand management, PR, or agency experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Preferable background in telecom, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale brand transformations or successful corporate PR campaigns.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
