Head of User Acquisition (Mobile Subscription App)

About the role

Inexor is looking for a Head of User Acquisition for its flagship product WealthNX, an AI wealth assistant covering net worth, cash flow, budgets, goals, investments and crypto, powered by the AI assistant Wealth Genie. The role owns acquisition efficiency end to end, with cost per paying subscriber as the north star metric, working alongside the Head of Growth, product and creative teams to lower CAC while scaling volume.

Key responsibilities

• Own CAC per paying subscriber across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and new channels
• Use attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust), SKAN, cohort LTV and payback reporting
• Set a maximum affordable CAC per plan based on LTV and manage spend against it
• Run a high-volume creative testing system with designers, animators and UGC creators
• Partner with product on onboarding, paywall, trial and pricing experiments that lift install-to-paid conversion
• Diagnose CAC spikes quickly and explain them to leadership
• Report weekly on spend, CAC, conversion and payback by channel and cohort

Required profile

• 8+ years in mobile user acquisition, including at least 4 years at a subscription app (finance)
• Proven track record of lowering CAC per paying user while maintaining or growing volume, with numbers
• Experience running structured creative testing at scale
• Targeting US audiences is a strong plus

• Funnel analytics: install-to-trial, trial-to-paid, retention and LTV modeling
