Head of Ecosystem Architecture

About the role

The Head of Ecosystem Architecture will define and lead the end‑to‑end architecture strategy across all company verticals, creating a unified, scalable, and reusable ecosystem that powers internal platforms, client‑facing solutions, and commercial products.

Key responsibilities

• Define the company‑wide architecture vision and blueprint for cloud, edge/IoT, AI/ML pipelines, data platforms and cybersecurity layers.
• Establish standards for microservices, APIs and distributed systems to ensure interoperability across internal platforms and verticals.
• Drive the creation of shared platforms and reusable components for AI/ML, data engineering and security.
• Design modular architectures that enable rapid transition from solution to product.
• Lead IT/OT convergence, addressing low‑bandwidth, legacy and fragmented infrastructure common in Pakistan and regional markets.
• Set up architecture governance, review processes and compliance with global best practices.
• Support pre‑sales, solution positioning and faster deal closures through strong technical authority.
• Mentor architects and senior engineers, promoting engineering discipline and system thinking.

Required profile

• 12‑18+ years of experience in enterprise or platform architecture roles.
• Proven track record designing large‑scale, modular architectures for cloud, edge, AI/ML and data ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of Pakistan’s infrastructure constraints and ability to build globally scalable solutions.
• Strong execution capability and experience guiding multi‑vertical solution delivery.
