Head of Finance

About the role

As Head of Finance you will ensure the integrity and reliability of Giant Group’s financial backbone, overseeing end‑to‑end financial operations and reporting for the Pakistan office. You will take a hands‑on, execution‑first approach, owning data accuracy, enforcing disciplined processes and delivering timely, high‑quality reports that senior leadership can trust.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full balance‑sheet integrity across entities, reconcile key accounts monthly and enforce strong journal controls.
• Lead a structured, on‑time month‑end close and produce accurate financial reporting packs for leadership.
• Own finance processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring correct system usage, data integrity and driving standardised, repeatable procedures.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead the Pakistan‑based finance team, set quality standards, develop capability and address performance gaps.

What we offer

• Market‑competitive salary with a shift allowance of PKR 31,000 per month.
• 40‑hour work week, Monday to Friday (12:00 pm – 9:00 pm) day shift.
• Permanent contract.
