Head of Global Sales

About the role

Prime System Solutions is seeking a strategic, commercially‑driven Head of Global Sales to own and expand its North American revenue stream. Based in Lahore, you will lead a high‑performing sales team, shape go‑to‑market strategy, and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients in the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and grow US and Canadian enterprise clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, setting and achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and geographies for expansion.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound, inbound, and referral channels.
• Establish and nurture C‑level relationships, acting as the primary escalation point for major accounts.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead a global team of sales executives and account managers.
• Coach the team on consultative selling, set KPIs, and foster a high‑performance sales culture.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to the CEO.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 4‑5 years in a senior leadership or individual contributor role.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value contracts and managing long sales cycles.
• Background in staffing, outsourcing, or IT services, selling to US and Canadian clients.
• Deep understanding of North American business culture and procurement processes.
• Experience building and managing remote, multicultural sales teams.
