Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead Sowears’ transformation into a structured, premium fashion brand. Based in Karachi, the role combines strategic brand building with hands‑on execution across offline events, influencer collaborations and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute offline brand activations, store launches, pop‑ups and experiential events, managing budgets and ROI.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with complementary brands, malls, event agencies and PR networks.
• Define brand positioning, create the brand book and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Lead influencer marketing programmes and oversee performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Build SOPs, reporting frameworks and measurement systems to track brand awareness, footfall and sales uplift.
• Collaborate with product, retail and e‑commerce teams to align launches with storytelling and strategic goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles within fashion, retail or e‑commerce.
• Ability to work independently, drive initiatives with minimal supervision and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable growth through offline and digital channels.
• Excellent organizational skills and experience managing budgets and ROI.
