Head of Operations – Lahore

About the role

US Mobile is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to lead its Lahore office. This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management, ensuring the office runs efficiently while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Run the Lahore office and guarantee smooth day‑to‑day operations across all teams.
• Drive execution of key initiatives, coordinate cross‑departmental projects, and remove obstacles quickly.
• Act as the on‑ground liaison for senior leadership, surfacing risks, opportunities, and employee feedback.
• Support managers and staff, promoting accountability, ownership, and strong employee engagement.
• Oversee facilities, vendors, and office administration to reflect US Mobile’s culture and standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, general management, people operations, project management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership presence with excellent communication abilities.
• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to make decisions, solve problems, and drive results in fast‑paced environments.
