Head of Product

About the role

Giant Screening, a UK-headquartered workforce compliance business, is hiring a Head of Product for its iCHEX background screening platform. You will report directly to the CEO and own the roadmap, product delivery and the design of every client, candidate and operations experience on iCHEX. The role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00-21:00 PKT.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and turn the CEO's vision into shipped product, with visible impact expected within the first month.
• Shape and launch Flex, the self-service screening extension of Enterprise, and simplify Enterprise while keeping its capabilities.
• Lead the product thinking behind Worker Record, ongoing monitoring and rechecks as iCHEX moves toward always-on compliance.
• Put AI at the centre of the product, designing every AI feature for the moment it is wrong.
• Design one configurable platform for every tenant and route to market, involving subject matter experts early and giving tenants structured ways to shape product decisions.
• Own UX and design, requirement quality, acceptance criteria and sign-off, with data protection, permissions and auditability built in.
• Lead and develop the Product team, measure outcomes such as adoption and manual effort removed, and report to the CEO.

Required profile

• 7+ years in SaaS product management, including at least 3 years leading product teams and developing people.
• Experience with operationally heavy B2B products handling sensitive data, simplifying complex platforms and shipping AI or automation features in production.
• Hands-on AI capability and a track record of clear, simple communication.
• Strong advantages: turning manual processes into self-service products, taking a product from concept to live clients, UX sense, multi-tenant SaaS experience, and quick, visible impact.
