Head of Sales – Industry Division

About the role

The Head of Sales for the Industry Division will lead commercial growth across Pakistan, shaping sales strategy for a range of technical services. This senior position reports to the IND Head – Pakistan and works closely with operations, technical, finance and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans, drive profitable revenue growth across all industry service lines and achieve sales targets.
• Lead major proposals, tenders and framework agreements, negotiate commercial terms and manage strategic client relationships.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting and monitor business performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer requirements into commercial solutions and support new service launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technical sales, TIC or related industrial services.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts, achieving revenue growth and leading cross‑functional teams.
• BE degree and completion of professional sales, proposal management and leadership training.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Inspection & Asset Integrity, Industrial Safety & HSE Services, Technical Training, Electrical Testing & Inspection, NDT Services.
• Familiarity with Management Systems Certification, Oil & Gas Services, Power & Utilities Services, Renewable Energy Solutions, Regulatory & Compliance Services.
