Head of Technology & Digital Transformation (Director)

About the role

ICAP is seeking a senior leader to head its technology and digital transformation agenda. Reporting to the Secretary/CEO, the role will shape and execute a secure, scalable, and future‑ready technology strategy across regulatory, education, examination, member services and operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall technology, digital and data strategy.
• Lead IT operations, enterprise applications, digital platforms, AI enablement, cybersecurity and data governance.
• Drive automation, system modernization, analytics, technology governance and vendor performance.
• Oversee technology‑enabled transformation for all business units.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation or a related discipline from an HEC‑recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of technology experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud/data platforms and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT, ITIL, PMP/Prince2) are an advantage.
