Health Representative – Field Sales

About the role

The Health Representative will work in the field, promoting Pfizer’s anti‑infective products to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies across an assigned territory. You will be responsible for delivering professional presentations, building relationships and driving prescription growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit practicing physicians, hospitals and health‑related organisations on a planned schedule.
• Deliver product presentations using approved selling techniques and materials.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly call plans, call reports and expense claims.
• Organise product group meetings to discuss one or two products in depth.
• Gather and report competitive intelligence and market feedback.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability at retail outlets.
• Forward technical queries from doctors to the Medical Division.
• Maintain professional appearance, detailing kit and vehicle, and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Science graduate, preferably with a pharmacy background.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of Pfizer products and their competitive landscape.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
