Health Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Health Representative will promote Pfizer products to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies across the assigned Karachi territory. You will deliver professional presentations, manage call plans and ensure product availability to drive prescription growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make skillful presentations to targeted doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contact records and call logs using the VeeVa/PforceRx system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly call plans and follow KPIs for A, B & C class customers.
• Submit call reports and expense claims through VeeVa/PforceRx on schedule.
• Track competitive activities and provide feedback for marketing rebuttal strategies.
• Arrange product group meetings and ensure stock availability of promotable products.
• Forward technical queries to the Medical Division and keep detailed records of promotional kits and vehicle usage.

Required profile

• Science graduate, preferably Pharm D.
• 1–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel within the Karachi territory and work independently.
• Commitment to ethical promotion practices and accurate reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with VeeVa application.
• Proficiency with PforceRx application.
