Health Representative (Rawalpindi)

About the role

Pfizer is hiring a Health Representative in Rawalpindi within its Vaccines division, reporting to the Health Rep Manager. The representative visits doctors, hospitals and other health-related organisations in an assigned territory to promote Pfizer products and increase prescriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Call on practicing physicians, hospitals and other health-related organisations in the assigned territory
• Make professional presentations to doctors on the approved indications of Pfizer products to increase prescriptions
• Prepare and maintain contact lists of doctors and chemists, and submit weekly and monthly call plans and call reports to the Health Rep Manager
• Follow the approved tour programme and present coverage in scheduled meetings
• Arrange product group meetings with doctors, update knowledge on competitive products and report competitors' promotional moves
• Coordinate with distributors for stock availability at retail outlets and follow plans to increase prescription flow from identified doctors
• Forward technical queries from doctors to the Medical Division and give periodic feedback to the manager and marketing group
• Maintain proper dressing, records, detailing kit and vehicle, and submit expenses and leave plans on time

Required profile

• Science graduate; Pharm.D preferred
• Fresh graduates or 6 months to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred
