About the role

The Healthcare Market, Client & Growth Intelligence Manager will develop deep insight into CareCloud’s client portfolio, market dynamics, and revenue opportunities. This role blends internal billing data with external market intelligence to drive account expansion, service utilization, client retention, and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client revenue, billing performance, service utilization, and retention risks to identify growth potential.
• Monitor U.S. healthcare regulations, payer policies, reimbursement trends, and competitor activities.
• Translate market and regulatory insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Product teams to implement growth plans.
• Develop dashboards, market assessments, opportunity pipelines, and executive briefings.
• Track the impact of recommended actions on growth, retention, and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in healthcare market intelligence, business analysis, commercial strategy, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare, medical billing, payer processes, and reimbursement trends.
• Proven ability to work independently, ask the right questions, and deliver insights without detailed direction.
