About the role

This remote position focuses on evaluating AI solutions used in healthcare settings. You will ensure that models meet clinical relevance, data integrity, and regulatory standards, directly influencing patient safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess healthcare AI models for clinical relevance, data quality, and compliance with medical standards.
• Validate model outputs against established guidelines and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Provide detailed feedback on model limitations, edge cases, and potential biases.
• Document evaluation findings and contribute to reports for model refinement and regulatory submissions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare systems, clinical operations, or health informatics.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and FDA guidelines for medical AI.
• Ability to interpret clinical datasets and medical terminologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical feedback to non‑technical stakeholders.
